Q. I can't find my fund on this list?

If your fund is not listed and you want to get an up to date fund price please call 0345 300 2585. If you have hearing or speech difficulties, please dial Minicom 0800 404 6161. The lines are open: Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm (excluding bank holidays.) Calls may be recorded.

Q. Can I compare the performance of more than one fund?

Yes, by checking the appropriate boxes on the left hand panel you can compare performance of up to 3 funds.

Q. How do I change the timescales on my chart?

A.

The bottom panel contains the entire timescale you have available to review, by moving the 2 handles on this panel you can adjust the timescales in the main chart to meet your needs. Alternatively, you can use the buttons beneath the chart to select the latest week (1W), month (1M), year (1Y), three years (3Y) or everything (Max).

Q. How can I invest more money into my fund?

If permitted under the terms and conditions of you investment, you can top up the amount of money you have invested over the phone by calling 0345 300 2585.
